  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    For online registrations, we accept payment through PayPal. If you need to pay by check or are having trouble with PayPal’s checkout, please email us at spierlioni@ccowles.com.

  • Do these classes count for CEUs?

    Our Carlin U classes allow you to earn NATE & NORA CEUs (where applicable).

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes, please email spierlioni@ccowles.com to request your refund. Please Note: No refunds will be given unless the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the class date.

  • I have multiple people who want to attend, what should I do?

    Please add enough classes to your cart to match the number of people who want to attend. When you go to checkout, you will be able to note the names of each person planning on attending.

  • What is the cost of the class?

    Each Carlin U class is $49 per person. The cost includes breakfast and lunch.

  • What time does the class start?

    Class will start by 8:30AM. Breakfast will be served at 8AM.

  • Where is class?

    Factory classes will take place at our facility, located at 126 Bailey Road, North Haven, CT.

    Road shows will take place elsewhere - please visit the specific road show you are interested in for more information about the location.
